5. Sub-Domain and Hosting

• Webbuilder provides a free sub-domain and SSL certificate for published websites. Upgraded package will include email hosting services.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting if your website violates these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Webbuilder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or specific business outcomes.
• Webbuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.
• You must ensure that your website complies with local laws, including consumer protection, privacy, and advertising regulations.
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt Webbuilder's systems.

8. Termination

• Webbuilder may suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the Service at any time by not renewing your account.
